Answers to your questions about our pest control work, for individuals and businesses across Île-de-France.
General questions
How quickly do you intervene?
We are available 7 days a week and handle emergencies, usually within 24 to 48 hours, across Île-de-France.
How much does a treatment cost?
The price depends on the pest, the surface area and the extent of the infestation. We provide a free, no-obligation quote within 24 h.
Are your treatments guaranteed?
Yes. Our services are covered by a guarantee stated on the quote, with follow-up visits and a free return if needed.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes, our technicians are Certibiocide-certified, receive ongoing training and use approved products following best practices.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of Île-de-France: Paris (75) and departments 77, 78, 91, 92, 93, 94 and 95.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We offer restaurants, shops, property managers and companies prevention contracts and sanitary traceability (HACCP).
Questions by service
Rodent control
How long does it take to eliminate rats?
Depending on the scale of the infestation, it usually takes anywhere from a few days to two or three weeks, with one or more follow-up visits to guarantee complete eradication.
Are the products dangerous for my pets?
We use secure bait stations that are inaccessible to children and pets, and we apply protocols that comply with biocide regulations.
Insect control
Why aren't over-the-counter insecticides enough?
They kill a few visible individuals but not the nest, and repeated use encourages resistance. A professional treatment targets the nesting areas and contaminates the entire colony.
Do I need to leave my home during the treatment?
In most cases, no. Our technicians will tell you the precautions to take (ventilation, waiting times before cleaning) depending on the products used.
Bed bugs
How do I know if I have bed bugs?
Typical signs are lines of bites, small black spots on the sheets and mattress seams, and sometimes translucent shed skins. Early detection makes treatment easier.
Is a single visit enough?
Depending on the method and the scale, one or two visits may be necessary, along with a follow-up inspection to make sure eradication is complete.
Wasps & hornets
Can I destroy the nest myself?
It is strongly discouraged: wasps and hornets attack as a group to defend the colony. The work must be carried out by a properly equipped professional.
Do you handle emergencies?
Yes, we respond quickly, 7 days a week, because an active nest near a living space poses an immediate risk.
Disinfection
When is disinfection necessary?
It is recommended after a major infestation (rodents, insects), in food premises, or after an incident, to eliminate residues and health risks.
Do you use products that are safe?
We use approved professional products and observe the re-entry times for the premises indicated by our technicians.
Prevention & contract
Who is a prevention contract for?
For all professionals subject to hygiene standards, but also for condominiums and private individuals who want continuous protection rather than a one-off service.
Does the contract include documented follow-up?
Yes, each visit results in a report and traceability record, which is essential in particular for HACCP inspections.
